Brad has been in the property development industry since 2012, his first major development completed in 2015, after securing a $3.1m p.a. lease for 14 + 14 years, Brad and his team delivered a 147 serviced apartment purpose built building for Quest Hotels in Norwest Business Park, Sydney. The project was sold to a well known fund for $38.3 million.

Brad has vast experience having worked across more than ten larger scale property developments ranging the entire spectrum from Commercial Hotels, Industrial Estates, High Density Apartments, Townhouses and Residential Land Subdivisions.

Brad is a licensed Real Estate Agent, previously founded a project marketing agency that sold out a number of developments under exclusive agency agreements.
